Laptop Musings - 051407

Here I am listening to blues songs I've never heard, sitting at a glass table that's barstool height looking out a window and . . . working! Yes, I'm doing my day job in a cafe. Who'd knew! Man, all those years I telecommuted as a customer service rep at Amazon.com could have been much much much more enjoyable if only I could have walked my work with me to a cafe, and plugged in. This is great! The connection isn't as good as my home, which isn't as good as at work, but it's definitely good enough. Free wireless at Mayorca cafe in Silver Spring, Maryland . . .with a healthy helping of the blues :)
