Movie Review - Amazing Grace

This movie is about the personal struggles William Wilberforce experienced as he tried to end the slave trade in England. He was the face with his friends of the struggle within the courts of England. The film portrayed him as passionate to the point of illness. I think many activists sacrifice their healths for the cause. I would recommend this film. I think more research on his work would be interesting. The film was well done, as it really focused on him. It was if the director convinced the audience in the same way that William Wilberforce had to convince people in positions of power to support him in abolishing slavery.
